Warranties

CAV-15 Receivers have a life time warranty.  If your receiver ever breaks in the course of normal use* we will replace it for free.  If your receiver ever breaks through misuse, neglect, or by accident (fire, car wreck, etc.) we will replace it for $30.00 plus shipping.

Note:  The CAV-15 "MKI" receivers (CAV-15 generations 1-4) have been discontinued since early 2003. We no longer have the capability to manufacture "MKI" receivers. 
If you send in a "MKI" lower to be repaired and we determine that it cannot be fixed, it will be replaced with a MKII lower.

CAV-15 Rifles have the same lifetime warranty on the lower.  The upper receivers have a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.

Upper Receivers have a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.  Use of South African (PMP) or Russian Steel Cased ammunition (Wolf) voids the warranty.

We do not give refunds on non-defective products.

*The use of .5BMG uppers is not considered normal use.  Likewise the use of caliber conversions without the appropriate weight buffer is also not considered normal use.  .45ACP must use an 8oz+ buffer. 9mm must use 5oz+ buffer.  We recommendthat 6.5mm Grendel, and 6.8mm uppers use H Buffers or heavier H2 and H3 buffers.  There are many uppers and conversions available now that we do not have personal experience with, please check with us before using an upper combination that may void your warranty.
